Printing

heat set_ed.jpgHigh Quality Gloss Print We bring your publication to life by working closely with you and keeping the focus on quality.  We use a closed loop color management and auto-registration to ensure the highest quality.
  • Sizes: Digest, standard and tabloid 
  • Paper: 40-100 lbs. coated and matte
  • Press: 4 color, web offset press
offsett_lowres.jpgQuality Uncoated Our quality uncoated printing offers our clients a premium product at a reasonable price point. We have two DGM web offset presses that feature both color and black/white printing.
  • Sizes: Metro and tabloid
  • Press 1: DGM 16 units produce 32 pages of color
  • Press 2: DGM 18 units produce 48 pages total, 32 pages color and 16 pages black and white
  • Quality: Stochastic

Finishing

Perfect Binding

Perfect Binding collates and gathers internal pages and then glues the pages to the publication cover. We have a 18 pocket perfect binder.

Saddle Stitch

The saddle stitch technique gathers collated pages and staples them together at the center. We feature three saddle stitch machines.
